Steve: I/we were impressed with you company from the first time you pulled up in front of our house. I could tell immediately from your work vehicle that you were about quality and customer service. (No rickety old vehicle with ladders strapped to it and hardly running) Your time and patience in listening to what our problems were regarding our system or lack of. The customer service you provided in diagnosing our problems and taking the time in explaining the situation and what your initial thoughts/game-plan would be.

I was very impressed with you taking the time to sketch your proposed work and taking pictures of the existing system in place. Last summer, our first floor air conditioning unit quit. We elected to put off buying equipment as long as our second floor unit continued to work. With temperatures in June of this year soaring to over 100 degrees for an entire week, our upstairs unit completely quit. A neighbor recommended Virginia Air Ducts. Steve and Ray visited our house and worked up an estimate on the very same day we called. No other company we had called was willing to provide same day estimates nor did they look over our existing equipment and locations as thoroughly as VAD.
